How can VoiSpeed change your business?

 

There are many ways VoiSpeed can work within your business. The great thing about this system is that you are in control and not the system. You can choose how the system works within your company and also allow for reconfiguration without need for additional hard ware.

The choices are overwhelming for how use this system. We have tried to introduce some ideas for you to see how versatile this system is. Because VoiSpeed is TCP/IP based it means the system can work anywhere there is a network connection whether on your business network in the office or via broadband at a remote location. TCP/IP is the key to the system in that once the call has been terminated is it up to you how to route the call.

Let's take this idea to its extreme:

You have all your calls answered by your receptionist and then transferred to the relevant person within the business. 
What if, we know tell you your receptionist can be anywhere in the world?

Example 1: For instance, your main offices are in London and your receptionist is based in North Wales. The call comes into your business via the London office and the call is then transferred out via broadband to North Wales. Once the right employee has been identified, the call is transferred back to London to the best employee chosen.

Example 2: Your business is UK based and you have sales people in various locations are the UK. A call enters the system and the receptionist identifies that the best person to deal with it was the sales rep in Cornwall. The call can be immediately transferred to that persons desktop via broadband.

Example 3: One of your team become ill or needs maternity leave. Your employee would also like to be able to carry on working for your company from home. Normally this would not be possible, but with VoiSpeed this employee can literally take his/her desk home with them. They have access to the phone system as a live extension, as well as being able to use email and access company documents on the server.

Example 4: As the owner of your business you have a second home whether it is a house in the UK, a holiday home on a caravan park, a second house in the Swiss Alps or a motor yacht in Spain. You want to be able to spend time at your second home but restricted as you cannot be out of touch from your business. With VOISpeed installed into your business you can literally work anywhere on earth. If you have a second home where broadband is available, you simply connect your laptop to broadband and log into the system as a live extension. Should your second home be away from an ADSL connection, Equinox can arrange a satellite link to your home anywhere in Europe and also via InmarSat to your boat. Just think, anywhere you can connect to the Internet at high speed you can make and receive phone calls as if you were in the office.

Example 5: You are considering expanding you business abroad but unsure as to the response or interest in your products. With VoiSpeed you can set an employee up at home to work for you whilst you are testing the market. For instance you are considering expanding to New York. First set up a remote employee to work for you locally and if it is viable to upgrade to an office there, then simply install another VOISpeed system iin the remote office and let both office work independently but with the facility of FREE office to office calls. It would also be possible to transfer a call in the UK to the office in New York to be handled. For example your technical support in New York needs to advance the call to technical in the UK, it would simply be a matter or transferring the call.

By the fact you are using your phone system on a PC whether laptop or desktop means not only do you have your phone system connected, you can send and receive company emails as well as access company databases and files to be worked with. Have a truly mobile office with VoiSpeed.

With the interactive voice responder setup, incoming calls enter an automated system where by selecting a few digits on their phone they can immediately speak to the right employee to deal with the call or to reception to ask for the department they require..

For instance: 

By pressing 1 on their handset, your customers enter the sales teams group where all extensions ring to be answered.
    Then, if your business has different kinds of products you can then sub-section calls to more defined sales rep's
    for Example for video and television press 1 > the call is handed off to the audio visual sales team
    or for computers and hardware press 2 > the call is handed off to the Computer sales team

By pressing 2 on the handset, callers are connected to your technical and returns department

By pressing 3 on the handset, your caller can speak to accounts

By pressing 8 on the handset, the caller is asked to enter the direct extension

By pressing 9 they are connected immediately to reception.

The system also includes an out of hours system in which all calls can be diverted or sent to answer phone.

 

There is NO NEED to call into check your answer phone for messages as are they are forwarded to you via e mail.

Messages are forwarded to your mailbox to be listened to as Audio files on a PC, or alternatively you can call into your voice box to check for messages.
